Wall area is perimeter × height minus standard openings. Ceiling area is added when selected, then waste is applied and the total is divided by sheet coverage.
How to use it

- Room width. Enter the value in ft.
- Wall height. Enter the value in ft.
- Doors. Enter the value that applies to your situation.
- Windows. Enter the value that applies to your situation.
- Include ceiling?. Enter the value that applies to your situation.
- Request the result. Add your email, then select “Email & show my result.”
What to do with the number
The result is a sheet-count estimate, not a panel layout. Actual seams and stud placement may create additional offcuts. For tall walls or alternate sheet sizes, change the sheet coverage to match the panels you plan to buy.
