Information we collect
When you request a calculator result, we collect the email address you submit, whether you separately opted into marketing, the calculator requested, delivery status, and basic operational timestamps. If you use the contact form, we also store your email address, selected topic, message, and submission time. The production database is designed not to store the numerical calculator inputs or result values after the response is generated.
Why we collect it
Your email is required to deliver the requested result. We also keep limited delivery records to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and understand use of the calculator service. If you affirmatively choose the optional marketing checkbox, your consent status may also be retained.
Transactional email
A calculator result email is sent because you requested that result. It is not conditioned on agreeing to marketing. Selecting the optional marketing checkbox is separate from the result-delivery transaction.
Service providers
The site is designed to run on Cloudflare infrastructure for hosting, request processing, database storage, and transactional email. Cloudflare may process normal network and security metadata such as IP addresses as part of operating that infrastructure. Google AdSense may be added for advertising. Those providers may process data under their own terms and privacy practices when their services are enabled.
Cookies and advertising
FigureFast does not need first-party tracking cookies to perform calculator math. If advertising is enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies as permitted by applicable law and your consent choices. Advertising consent controls should be configured with the ad platform for the regions where they are required.
Retention and requests
Operational records should be kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above. For a privacy request, use the contact form. Identity verification may be required before acting on a request.
Security
Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Do not enter confidential information into calculator fields.
Changes
This policy may be updated as the service, advertising configuration, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published.
