Filament cost uses grams ÷ 1,000 × price per kilogram. Electricity uses printer kWh × utility rate. Machine-time overhead is hourly allowance × print hours.
How to use it

- Average printer power. Enter the value in W.
- Print time. Enter the value in hours.
- Electricity rate. Enter the value in $/kWh.
- Machine wear/overhead. Enter the value in $/hour.
- Request the result. Add your email, then select “Email & show my result.”
What to do with the number
Labor, failed-print risk, post-processing, shipping and profit are not included unless you add them separately to your price. Use slicer-reported filament grams and estimated print time after the model is sliced for the most useful estimate.
