How this cocktail batch calculator works
Per-drink spirit and mixer volumes are multiplied by servings, then extra allowance is added. Spirit is converted to whole bottles and mixer to liters.
How to use it

- Spirit per cocktail. Enter the value in fl oz.
- Mixer per cocktail. Enter the value in fl oz.
- Spirit bottle size. Enter the value in mL.
- Extra allowance. Enter the value in %.
- Request the result. Add your email, then select “Email & show my result.”
What to do with the number
Dilution from ice or pre-batching water is not included unless you count it as mixer. Keep fresh citrus and carbonated ingredients out of the batch until close to service when possible.
