What to do with the number

Brisket, pulled pork, ribs and poultry have different cooking yields, so use a yield that matches the cut. When serving multiple meats, split the cooked portion among them instead of applying the full portion to every meat.

Planning estimate

Use this result as a starting point, not a guarantee. Product specifications, site conditions, manufacturer guidance, local codes, taxes, labor, tolerances, and rounding can change the real requirement or cost.
